Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • in the same condition you received it
  • unworn or unused
  • with all tags attached
  • in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • a prepaid return shipping label
  • instructions on how and where to send your package

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
  • custom or personalized products
  • personal care items
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • sale or clearance items
  • gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the desired product.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must be:

  • in original condition
  • unworn or unused
  • with tags and original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Please note your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
