Our processor, Shopify, uses limited automated decision-making to help prevent fraud, including:


  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions (for a short period of hours).

  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses (for a short period of days).

These measures help protect both you and us against fraudulent transactions.

  • Access the Personal Information we hold about you

  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information

  • Erase your Personal Information (in certain circumstances)
